Seen a link on here about how to do poached eggs on the air fryer. People were commenting saying it's gone hard or crusty on top. The link missed 1 very important method to poached eggs; water. So here is how I do it and it works everytime. 1st boil a kettle. Then rub some butter around the edges and bottom (I tried oil but the eggs just stuck). Add the water, leaving about 2 inches at the top. Crack in the egg and then cook on AF 200/400 for 5 mins. Carefully lift out the ramekins with an oven glove or towel and slowly tip the water out into a siv.
