Globaldev Group is hiring a Lead QA Automation Engineer to join Telia’s SAP CRM team, taking a leading role in building a modern QA automation solution for the SAP CRM and SAP TC domains. Playwright expertise is essential — this is a genuine ground-up opportunity to build out a QA automation framework and set the Gold Standard other teams and units can measure themselves against.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and build-out of a robust QA automation framework covering the SAP CRM and SAP TC domains.
• Work directly with client business and IT leaders, promoting strong QA automation practices across the organization.
• Partner closely with existing QA and automation QA teams, offering mentorship and sharing expertise.
• Build automation solutions from the ground up while building on what’s already in place.
• Educate team members on modern QA concepts and methodologies.
• Step into manual testing when needed to keep coverage and quality comprehensive.
• Bring AI technologies into the team’s QA workflow to improve automation and testing efficiency.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer, ideally with SAP domain experience.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Playwright.
• Solid knowledge of automation frameworks, tools, and industry best practices.
• Experience working with CRM systems and SAP environments.
• Ability to work fully remote from Poland.
