About the Role

XM is looking for a Manual QA Tester to help keep quality standards high across its agile development teams. You’ll be involved in front-end, back-end, and end-to-end testing, working closely with developers and product owners throughout the development lifecycle to make sure releases are solid before they go out.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute test cases based on business requirements
• Document findings clearly and assess testing outcomes
• Help strengthen product delivery quality throughout the development lifecycle
• Carry out regression and verification testing
• Identify, log, monitor, and validate defects and enhancements

What You’ll Need

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
• At least 2 years of hands-on manual software testing experience
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and testing techniques
• Familiarity with databases, CI/CD platforms, and project management systems
• Strong organizational skills and clear communication in English

Nice to Have

• Experience testing web and mobile applications
• Understanding of the financial or trading market sectors
• Scripting language proficiency
• Background in automated testing
• Knowledge of API protocols and related technologies
