Two95 International is hiring a remote QA Analyst to support a critical PeopleSoft-to-Workday migration, validating that data and processes carry over correctly between the two systems. This role is ideal for a senior QA professional who can take ownership without needing close direction and enjoys tackling new challenges as priorities shift day to day.

What You’ll Do

• Test and validate that PeopleSoft data and processes migrate correctly into Workday.
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple teams and applications to ensure quality on business-critical initiatives.
• Work across enterprise, compliance, and legacy platforms as priorities shift.
• Document and track defects, working with technical teams through resolution.

What You’ll Need

• Workday experience is required; experience at a company that previously migrated to Workday is a strong bonus.
• Solid PeopleSoft background, ideally including experience with the systems being migrated (Financials/HCM or similar modules).
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of testing work without close supervision.
• Strong communication skills for working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Comfort working fully remote on a contract basis.
