ecfx is hiring a remote QA Engineer to test its legal technology platform, which processes court documents and case data, using AI-assisted tools to speed up and improve manual and automated testing coverage.

ecfx builds legal technology software that processes and organizes court filings and case data, helping law firms and legal teams track and manage litigation more efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Design and execute manual and automated test cases across ecfx’s legal technology platform.
• Use AI-assisted tools (such as LLM-powered assistants) to speed up test creation, coverage analysis, and defect investigation.
• Validate backend services, APIs, and database layers as part of test coverage.
• Log, track, and verify defects in close coordination with the development team.
• Contribute to CI/CD-integrated automated testing using tools like Playwright or Selenium.

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of professional QA engineering experience.
• Experience with automation tools such as Playwright or Selenium.
• Comfort using AI-assisted tools (ChatGPT or similar) as part of a modern QA workflow.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL/PostgreSQL, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
