veritree, an award-winning climate tech startup, is hiring a QA Engineer based in Vancouver, BC on a hybrid schedule. You’ll help ensure the reliability of veritree’s restoration verification technology used to track and verify tree-planting and ecosystem restoration projects.

About veritree

veritree, founded in 2021, builds technology that brings transparency and accountability to environmental restoration, combining satellite imagery, ground data, and blockchain-backed verification to prove that planted trees are actually growing.

What You’ll Do

• Design and execute manual and automated test cases across web and mobile (iOS) platforms.
• Log and track defects in Jira, working closely with engineering to resolve them.
• Build and maintain automated test coverage using tools like Selenium.
• Support release testing to confirm new features work reliably before shipping.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with manual and automated testing, including iOS application testing.
• Familiarity with Jira and test automation tools such as Selenium.
• Ability to work hybrid out of veritree’s Vancouver office.
