Master Works is hiring a QA Integration Engineer to work on-site at a client in Makkah, ensuring the robustness, reliability, and security of enterprise integration flows and middleware built on the IBM webMethods platform. You’ll build comprehensive test plans, automate API verification, and run rigorous scenario-based testing across core back-office platforms, third-party web services, and middle-tier microservices.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and run functional, regression, and non-functional tests for enterprise integration flows built on IBM webMethods.
  • Validate REST and SOAP APIs and data exchanges between ERP and asset-management systems.
  • Build and maintain automated API test suites inside CI/CD pipelines.
  • Review integration specifications, Swagger/OpenAPI documentation, and data mapping sheets to build end-to-end testing strategies.
  • Track and document integration defects, coordinate root-cause analysis with the webMethods development team, and follow fixes through to closure.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of dedicated software QA experience, including at least 2 years focused specifically on middleware, microservices, and API integration testing.
  • Direct hands-on experience testing within Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) or integration middleware ecosystems (IBM webMethods, Software AG, or comparable platforms like MuleSoft or TIBCO).
  • Strong proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman, Newman, SoapUI, ReadyAPI, or JMeter.
  • Solid understanding of API authentication protocols, message brokers, HTTP status code semantics, and distributed system architecture.
  • Ability to work on-site with a client in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
