NTT DATA is hiring a QA Testing Technical Team Lead to drive quality assurance leadership for client projects within its Healthcare & Life Sciences practice, based in Watertown, MA. You’ll oversee QAT deliverables, work directly with project managers and stakeholders, and guide a diverse, global team — with a real chance to shape healthcare transformation through strong testing and client-focused solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Manage testing projects on client sites while leveraging a global team.
• Lead QAT project deliverables in close coordination with project managers and stakeholders.
• Identify and grow talent within the QA team.
• Train existing team members in areas where demand is highest.
• Bring in and implement new ideas and proven approaches from both inside and outside the organization.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years in a QAT leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Deep understanding of technology, QAT processes, and healthcare domain knowledge.
• Ability to spot quality improvements across technology, process, life-cycle, and vertical domains.
• Hands-on experience with the full range of QAT work, including functional and non-functional testing.
• Experience governing global teams and influencing both direct and indirect reports.
• A track record developing client-facing content — proposals, SOWs, presentations.
• Strong executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to plan, train, and upskill a large workforce.
• Strong teamwork, partnership, and client engagement skills.
