Description

This is a full-time, onsite Quality Assurance Engineer 4 role with Navarro Research and Engineering, supporting the Los Alamos Remote Site located in Richland, WA. This is a senior-level QA position requiring a BS/MS degree and at least 12 years of related experience. US citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain a DOE Q Clearance, since the role supports federal nuclear and environmental contracts.

What You’ll Do

• Guide the development, implementation, and evaluation of processes and procedures that keep the site’s quality program effective.
• Apply broad expertise to develop advanced concepts, techniques, and standards based on established professional principles.
• Work independently under consultative direction toward long-range targets, exercising significant judgment in methods and evaluation criteria.
• Take on unusually complex or unique quality issues where solutions require creative analysis and carry real weight for the organization’s goals.
• Build formal working relationships across groups and serve as a recognized quality expert within the site.

What You’ll Need

• BS/MS degree in engineering, quality assurance, industrial systems engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to obtain a DOE Q Clearance.
• US citizenship, required due to government contract and clearance requirements.
