Conjointly is hiring a permanent, fully remote Manual QA Tester to run manual testing across devices — mobiles, tablets, and computers — covering end-to-end, functional, non-functional, and regression testing. Russian language proficiency is required, and candidates must live within the GMT+7 to GMT+12 time zone band to be available for working-hour calls.

What You’ll Do

• Run manual testing across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices using a third-party testing service.
• Perform end-to-end, functional, non-functional, and regression testing at the junior level.
• At the mid-level, handle system and backend testing and mentor junior testers.
• Write clear bug reports and use cases that guide developers toward fixes.
• Spot patterns in recurring defects and suggest ways to make testing more efficient.
• Take on ad-hoc projects and other duties as they come up.

What You’ll Need

• Fluency in Russian.
• Solid understanding of testing processes and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze the root causes and patterns behind defects.
• Experience keeping test documentation clear and up to date.
• Willingness to complete a test assignment as part of the interview process.
• Familiarity with Ubuntu, SQL databases, HTTP and browsers, HTML/CSS, and XPath.
