Ace It Careers is hiring a Remote QA Tester built for recent graduates and career switchers breaking into tech. You’ll help analyze software defects, run tests, and work with cross-functional teams, backed by structured training and mentorship rather than being expected to already know everything on day one.

What You’ll Do

• Help analyze and report software defects.
• Run manual or automated test cases and document the results.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand what each project actually needs.
• Identify, isolate, and thoroughly document bugs.
• Take part in Agile/Scrum meetings and the team’s broader QA process.

What You’ll Need

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required — training is provided.
• Strong interest in QA, even without prior hands-on experience.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts (training provided for the rest).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good communication skills and self-motivation.
• Comfort with MS Office (Excel, Word).
