Groundswell is hiring a Senior Appian QA Tester to partner with Appian project teams, developing testing strategies for Appian applications and driving quality from sprint to release. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, building scalable automation frameworks, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and serving as a subject-matter expert for the team.

What You’ll Do

• Develop testing strategies for Appian applications across active projects.
• Perform QA testing and create test scripts, documenting and reporting results.
• Collaborate with leads and developers to resolve issues found during testing.
• Analyze bugs to identify recurring trends and root causes.
• Write user stories to support ongoing Appian development work.
• Build and optimize scalable automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

What You’ll Need

• Senior-level QA and automation experience, ideally with Appian or other low-code platforms.
• US citizenship required; some travel may be required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working directly with project teams and developers.
