Sperasoft is hiring a Senior Game QA (DevQA) specialist for its Belgrade, Serbia team, working on quality assurance for video game development projects across multiple platforms.

Sperasoft is a game development studio and services provider working with major game publishers, delivering art, engineering, and QA services across the game development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Design and execute test plans and test cases for game builds across development milestones.
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across game features and platforms.
• Log, track, and verify bug fixes in close coordination with development teams.
• Work as an embedded DevQA presence within a game development team, catching issues early in the development cycle.
• Mentor junior QA testers and help raise testing standards across the team.

What You’ll Need

• Senior-level experience in game QA or DevQA, working closely embedded within a development team.
• Strong understanding of game development processes and testing methodologies.
• Experience testing across multiple platforms (console, PC, or mobile).
• Ability to work hybrid out of Sperasoft’s Belgrade office.
