What You’ll Do

  • Create detailed, comprehensive, well-structured automated and manual test cases for in-house software.
  • Build out and maintain automation scripts within the internal CI/CD system.
  • Perform exploratory testing for features in each release.

  • At senior level, take full ownership as the point of contact for quality assurance on one company project.
  • Coach and mentor junior QA staff as needed.

What You’ll Need

  • 5-7 years of general testing experience, including at least 3 years in automated testing (Web UI, API, or Desktop).
  • Solid knowledge of testing methodologies: regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory testing.
  • Strong test design skills using techniques like Boundary Value Analysis, Equivalence Class Partitioning, and Decision Tables.
  • Experience in at least one programming language, Python preferred (Java also acceptable).
  • Experience with automation frameworks and libraries such as Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, Appium, Robot Framework, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Experience working in Agile teams with a BDD/TDD approach, supporting shift-left testing.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
  • Proficient English communication skills.

  • Familiarity with Linux environments and shell scripting.
  • Familiarity with AI-related or robotics-related products.
