This Senior Front-End Engineer role puts you in charge of the architecture and day-to-day user experience of LogicGate’s Risk Cloud platform, an AI-powered GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) product used daily by enterprise risk teams. You’ll work alongside product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build scalable UI components, strengthen the front-end tooling, and bring AI-driven features into the core product.

What You’ll Do

• Build modular, reusable front-end components in TypeScript and Angular that can scale with an enterprise-sized platform.
• Push for strong automated test coverage across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers using tools like Cypress, keeping CI/CD deployments fast and defect rates low.
• Bring AI tools and automated workflows into daily development to speed up feature delivery and improve code quality.
• Keep an eye on performance metrics and accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1), using Datadog to spot and fix UI slowdowns.
• Run thorough code reviews that help raise the bar for the whole team, especially for engineers earlier in their careers.
• Work closely with Product, Design, QA, and Backend in an Agile setup to turn specs into polished customer-facing features.
• Write clear architecture docs and technical specs that keep the codebase understandable long-term.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years building production front-end applications in an enterprise setting.
• Strong TypeScript skills and deep Angular experience (or comparable experience in React/Vue with a demonstrated ability to ramp up on Angular quickly).
• A habit of writing testable code, backed by real experience building unit, integration, and end-to-end test suites (Cypress, Jest, etc.).
• Genuine, hands-on curiosity about AI coding tools — Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar — and how they can speed up development.
• Good instincts for web performance tuning, responsive layouts, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility in an enterprise SaaS context.
• Comfort working remotely or hybrid, with occasional travel for team offsites or company events.

Nice to Have

• Prior work on B2B SaaS platforms, especially in GRC, security, or data-heavy analytics tools.
• Hands-on familiarity with GitLab CI, Webpack optimization, or Datadog Real User Monitoring.
