About the Role

This role supports the testing of web and mobile applications across the development lifecycle, covering manual and automated testing, accessibility (Section 508) compliance, functional validation, API testing, and security-focused QA. You’ll work as part of cross-functional Agile teams.

What You’ll Do

You’ll create and maintain automated test suites that support continuous integration and delivery, and carry out both manual and automated testing of REST APIs and user interfaces. A significant part of the work is developing and improving test-automation frameworks using Katalon, Groovy, and Java, and using AI tools such as Copilot to help create and update automated tests. You’ll also write and run test plans and test cases for web and mobile apps.

Your testing will include end-to-end coverage spanning functional, regression, integration, and 508 accessibility testing. You’ll work with developers, analysts, designers, and project managers on acceptance criteria and quality, log and track defects in tools such as Jira, take part in Agile ceremonies, and help improve QA processes. Throughout, you’ll keep testing aligned with security protocols and organizational standards, and stay current on QA, accessibility, and security practices.
