Codurance is hiring a remote Software Engineer with a Quality Assurance focus, based in Brazil, to help client teams build well-tested, high-quality software through both hands-on engineering and testing craft.

What You’ll Do

• Work as part of a cross-functional delivery team building production software for clients.
• Design and build automated test suites covering unit, integration, and end-to-end layers.
• Apply test-driven development (TDD) and pair programming practices as part of daily delivery work.
• Collaborate with client engineering teams to raise their overall quality and testing practices.
• Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions across the team.

What You’ll Need

• Solid professional software engineering experience with a strong quality assurance and testing focus.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Comfort with TDD, pair programming, and clean code practices.
• Strong communication skills in English, since work involves direct client collaboration.
• Based in Brazil, with authorization to work remotely from there.
