About the Role

This design role is about helping shape the future of WisdomAI’s product from the ground up. The company is looking for a designer with an engineering mindset who can make an immediate impact rather than easing in slowly, working closely with the Head of Design and the Engineering team.

What You’ll Do

You’ll define information architecture through app maps, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities across the product. You’ll work closely with engineering to actually implement your designs rather than handing off static mockups, gather user feedback to refine the product experience over time, and align with the product roadmap so you can anticipate design needs before they become urgent.

What You’ll Need

• Substantial product design experience and formal graphic and interactive design training
• CSS, HTML, or React skills (a plus)
• Exceptional typography skills
• Proficiency with Figma, Webflow, Notion, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping tools, Jira, and Git
• A data-driven mindset and strong information visualization skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• A passion for improving user experience and creative problem solving

Nice to Have

Knowledge of databases, cloud computing, or networking, along with experience in data visualization and information design.
