What You’ll Do

• Design and build technical improvements to modernize the support desk, including AI chatbots and Robotic Process Automation tools.
• Automate manual support processes to improve response times and overall user experience.
• Work with the broader support and engineering teams to identify opportunities for automation across the support function.

What You’ll Need

• Experience building automation tools, chatbots, or RPA solutions for internal support or help desk functions.
• Ability to work onsite in Arlington, VA supporting a federal government contract.
• An active security clearance is typically required for Avalore’s WDP program roles; check the live posting for the specific clearance level required.
