What You’ll Do

• Own the QA strategy and testing approach for OBDeleven’s products, keeping quality high as the company scales.
• Build and maintain test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria for new features and releases.
• Lead and mentor other QA engineers, helping the team grow their skills and judgment.
• Balance manual testing with automation, making smart calls about where each approach pays off most.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to keep quality considerations built into the development process from the start, not bolted on at the end.

What You’ll Need

• Solid QA engineering experience with some background leading or mentoring other QA engineers.
• Strong understanding of the full QA lifecycle — test strategy, execution, and release quality.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule out of OBDeleven’s Vilnius office.
