Application Process

The standard application asks for a resume and LinkedIn profile, with an optional cover letter and website. Questions cover visa sponsorship needs, US residence, comfort with the salary range, why you want to work at PerfectServe, and a favorite food and how you prefer it prepared. An SMS recruiting consent question must be answered, but answering no does not disqualify you. Voluntary self-identification forms do not affect hiring. The company uses Greenhouse’s AI-powered Talent Matching tool to compare applications against requirements, and candidates can opt out through a linked form.
