JSR Tech Consulting is hiring a detail-oriented, remote IVR Development Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems used in call center operations. You’ll work closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to test, evaluate, and improve these systems for a better customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for IVR systems.
• Run functional, regression, and performance testing on IVR applications using tools like Cyara.
• Work with development teams to understand system requirements and shape test strategies.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
• Run root cause analysis and work with developers toward resolution.
• Verify voice response accuracy, call routing, and system integrations.
• Take part in user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm systems meet business needs.
• Keep thorough documentation of test results and share detailed feedback with stakeholders.
• Help continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Support and train end-users as needed.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience testing IVR systems specifically.
• Multiple years of experience with test automation tools like Cyara.
• Familiarity with call center operations and customer service processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
