About the Role

Momento USA is a global technology consulting, talent acquisition, and creative development firm that addresses clients’ most pressing needs and challenges. It is looking for a QA Lead whose time is split roughly half between leading the testing team and doing hands-on testing.

What You’ll Do

• Attend grooming meetings, ask questions, and poke holes in requirements before development starts
• Estimate testing effort for upcoming work
• Maintain deep working knowledge of how the applications function, and act as a resource other testers can go to with questions
• Build test plans and test executions for each release, and assign work across the testing team
• Keep the test suite current by updating, adding, or archiving test cases as features change
• Personally take on the most complex, highest-risk testing
• Coordinate with PMs and engineers on testing complex, cross-functional features
• Write and maintain test cases that feed directly into the automation team’s work

What You’ll Need

• Experience leading a manual QA team through full release cycles
• Strong test planning, estimation, and requirements review skills
• Experience with Jira and Xray (or a similar test management tool)
• Comfort working with AI tools to write and maintain test cases
• Clear communication with PMs and developers
• Web application experience (e-commerce preferred)

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with test automation (Playwright, TypeScript); a plus but not required
