Our Full-Service Delivery makes getting your appliances hassle-free. Here’s what it includes:
- Delivery to your desired room on the first floor of your home.
- Transporting items up stairs from street level to the first floor.
- Unboxing your appliances.
We Use DHL, FedEx, UPS, and our own carrier and other reputed courier and delivery companies.
Please note, this service does not cover plug-in, installation, box/packaging removal, or appliance disposal. You can add these services for an extra charge at checkout or by calling our helpline (availability varies by location).
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
INSTALLATION OF NEW APPLIANCES
Let our authorized third-party experts deliver and install your new appliances. Here’s what’s included:
- Unboxing, setup, and connection of your new appliances.
- Installation kits are required and must be purchased separately.
- We’ll disconnect your old units if you opt for our Haul Away service.
Please note, built-in appliances and certain models may incur additional fees for installation and removal. Call helpline to add Installation to your order.
HAUL AWAY/REMOVAL OF OLD APPLIANCES
Dispose of your old appliances with ease:
- We’ll haul away your old appliance for a fee if it’s already disconnected and uninstalled (owner’s responsibility if not).

REMOVAL OF BOXES AND APPLIANCE PACKAGING
We can take away the mess:
- After completing your requested services, our team can remove appliance boxes and packaging materials for an additional fee.
- Please retain original packaging in case of returns.
PREMIUM SERVICES

- Extra stairs, heavy appliances, door removal, appliance door reversal, delivery to remote locations, and more.

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY
Our Free Standard Delivery gets your appliances to your doorstep at no extra cost. Here’s what it includes:
- Delivery to your threshold.
- Does not cover stairs, unpacking, plug-in, installation, or appliance disposal.
- Additional services must be ordered before shipment.
THINGS TO CONSIDER FOR APARTMENT / HIGH RISE DWELLERS
If you live in an apartment or high-rise, consider the following:
- Is there an elevator? Passenger or freight?
- Are there delivery time frame restrictions or elevator reservations required?
- Does your building need a Certificate of Insurance for delivery? Request this at least two days prior.
