About the Role

NTT DATA Services is looking for a QA Automation/Test Engineer to build and run both automated and manual testing strategies that keep software quality high and regulatory compliance intact. The role touches cloud, IoT, and edge environments, so there’s a strong emphasis on cybersecurity and privacy standards alongside the usual functional testing work.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain test plans covering software, firmware, and data modules
• Design automated test suites for functional, integration, and regression testing
• Work closely with development and product teams to nail down test requirements
• Validate that systems comply with cybersecurity and privacy regulations
• Document and track defects using the team’s management tools
• Support user acceptance testing and deployment readiness assessments
• Take part in code reviews and compliance audits

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in quality control, testing, or QA automation
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Nice to Have

• Experience testing cloud, IoT, or federal systems
• Proficiency with test automation frameworks such as Python, Selenium, or JUnit
• Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity and RMF requirements
• Strong documentation and communication skills
