Does anyone know how to cook frozen chicken drumsticks in Ninja, from freezer.

I always defrost chicken drumsticks, but if it says on the packet I cook from frozen so be it, is it a good idea?

Defrost them before putting them anywhere near the air fryer. Then cook as you would normal chicken pieces.
