About the Role

Symplicity, a higher education technology provider, is looking for a QA Analyst II to help develop and deliver high-quality, end-to-end software at Symplicity Brasil. The role calls for a curious, proactive person who wants to understand the business, investigate issues, improve user experience, and collaborate across teams.

What You’ll Do

You’ll create, execute, and monitor test cases to support high-quality releases, and build and maintain automated API and Playwright tests. You’ll document and track issues in detail, maintain and run regression tests, and work with product, design, and development teams on release quality. You’ll also create and maintain test documentation and contribute to communication and training materials for new releases.

What You’ll Need

• Strong communication skills for reporting bugs and working with developers
• Experience with functional and exploratory testing
• Experience with test automation tools such as Postman, Playwright, and Cypress
• Knowledge of running automated tests in CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Azure Test Plans and Azure DevOps
• A completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Ability to use generative AI tools to support testing and improve efficiency

Nice to Have

• Load, stress, and performance testing experience
• Gherkin syntax for test scenarios
• Basic programming logic and API consumption knowledge
• Agile product development experience
• English proficiency
