About Snapsheet
Snapsheet is a claims technology company that engineers its capabilities into its core systems and processes rather than bolting them on. Its work spans cloud-based claims management, virtual vehicle appraisals, and loss and recovery services. It is trusted by over 170 property and casualty carriers, MGAs, MGUs, TPAs, and logistics companies, and its open architecture is built to fit how its customers work.
About the Role
As a Quality Engineer, you’re a proactive problem solver who builds test systems and processes that raise standards and stop issues before they reach production. The role has two connected parts: you’re embedded in a product team, writing end-to-end automation, acting as the domain subject matter expert, and encouraging a quality-first culture; and you’re part of the broader Quality Engineering team, turning product-level needs into shared tooling and infrastructure.
You’ll help engineers build with quality in mind by defining test requirements and acceptance criteria before code is written, and you’ll validate functionality with robust end-to-end UI automation. The Quality Engineering team owns and maintains Snapsheet’s main customer-focused automation suite and software, so you’ll support your product domain while building the tooling needed for total confidence in automated tests.
The Two Openings
There are two openings, one for each of these teams.
Dispatch: This team owns the engine that assigns work to the right people at the right time so users can focus on prioritized tasks. Its mission is to assign work automatically and at scale to the best-fit user based on configured rules instead of manual selection. Its vision is a future where all work routes itself instantly and correctly, so users can concentrate on resolving claims and shortening the claim lifecycle.
Communications and Documentation: This team builds the core workflows users rely on every day. Its mission is a seamless, best-in-class experience that lets users manage files, communicate with customers, and document decisions without the system getting in their way. Its goal is to set the industry standard for file management and drive big improvements in user efficiency.
